The TIMCO C2 Strong-Fix screw (45060C2) is a premium multi-purpose woodscrew in 4.5 x 60mm with a PZ2 Pozi drive, double countersunk head, and twin-cut point, supplied in boxes of 200. It is listed with gauge 9, 8.7mm head diameter, and a Zinc and Yellow finish, with a high-molecular polymer lubricant stated to cut insertion torque by up to 52%, suitable for hardwood, softwood, chipboard, MDF, plastic, and thin sheet metal.
The deep recess reduces cam-out and the ribs under the head help countersinking for a flush finish. Use it for hinges, brackets, and high load timber fixings where pull-out resistance and fast pick-up improve output.
