When will my order be delivered?
Stocked items ordered before 3pm Mon–Thu (12pm for Scotland & NI) are dispatched same day for next working day delivery. Orders over £90 ship free on most items. Pallet charges apply to some bulkier products and are shown on the product page. Read our full shipping policy →
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking may not update until after 5pm on the day of collection. Give us a call on 01424 220384 if you need an update on supplier-shipped items.

Can I order more than the quantity shown in stock?
Yes. Extra units are sourced directly from our supplier and your full order ships once everything arrives, which may extend the stated ETA.
Do you offer pallet delivery?
Some larger items ship by pallet. This is roadside only and typically arrives within 48 hours. You'll need suitable access and someone on hand to offload, as drivers can't help with heavy items. Read our full shipping policy →
