Requesting a Return
To start a return, please contact us at:
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Any missing items, damaged items or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We may ask you to provide photographs of any damage, packaging or delivery label to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us to request a return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a pre-paid returns label. Please include your order number inside the parcel.
Depending on the product, the fault and how long the item has been installed or used, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund.
Please note that some manufacturers require an engineer to inspect the product and installation, and may require an attempt to repair the fault before progressing with a refund or replacement.
Unwanted Items
Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original undamaged packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for unwanted items and should use a signed-for or tracked delivery service.
Return requests outside of the 30-day period cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected before a refund is issued.
We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days of receiving your return. After this, please allow a further 3–5 working days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction and show the funds in your account.
Original delivery charges are not refunded for unwanted returns.
If items or packaging are not returned in a resaleable condition, a handling charge of up to 25% may be deducted from the refund.
Where items are returned with missing accessories, components, documentation or packaging, the refund will be processed once we have confirmed the cost of replacing the missing items and any applicable deductions have been calculated.
