This surface mounted applique drop down seal is designed for retro fitting on timber door sets, creating an effective barrier against draughts, noise, light, smoke and insects while keeping the threshold clear. Manufactured with galvanised steel flat springs, reinforced actuators and a 4 fin PVC rubber seal, it offers a 60 Minute Fire Rating, up to 37dB Rw acoustic performance, and a maximum 14mm drop.
