This Milwaukee BOLT helmet listing spans two spec levels, from the vented ABS shelled BOLT 100 up to the BOLT 200 with its high impact Lexan shell. Every helmet here shares the BOLT accessory system, wheel ratchet adjustment for 52 to 68cm head sizes and an impact rated build suited to construction, utilities and electrical site work.

At the entry level sit the BOLT 100 vented helmets in white and yellow, certified to EN 397:2012 and EN 50365 with a lightweight ABS shell and 6 point suspension. The BOLT 200 steps up in shell strength and comes two ways: vented versions supplied with an EN 12492 certified chinstrap for utilities and climbing style work, and unvented versions certified to EN 397 and EN 50365 with electrical insulation to 440V AC, both with washable comfort liners and foam suspension.
